Job summary

McCarthy Holdings, Inc. seeks a Manager, Foundry Engineering & Engineering Enablement to lead the engineering capability for Foundry-based solutions and to establish scalable engineering practices.

You will own the Foundry engineering backlog, cadence, and production ownership while building enablement across CI/CD, automated testing, developer experience, reliability, and standards. This role partners with Palantir and multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related tech delivery roles.
• Experience leading software/ platform engineering or technology delivery teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and deployment automation.
• Ability to translate business goals into executable engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Foundry engineering team with shared backlog and cadence.
• Build engineering enablement across CI/CD, testing, reliability, and standards.
• Partner with multiple internal teams to align priorities with executable plans.
• Establish maintainability, security, and production readiness across Foundry solutions.
• Coach engineers and drive a culture of learning and accountability.
