Job summary

Nothing is building a US leadership presence from a standing start in San Francisco. You’ll own executive and senior searches, shaping the US team and advising the CEO and stakeholders on market strategy. This full-cycle role demands a strong SF network and a track record of closing top talent.

You will set up the US hiring operation, partner with global TA, and build relationships across engineering, product, design, sales, and GTM to attract world-class candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in recruiting with real SF Bay Area market experience.
• Experience hiring across technical and commercial functions.
• Strong network in SF tech and familiarity with comp norms.

Responsibilities

• Shape Nothing's US team and advise on senior searches for CEO and execs.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for SF executive and specialist roles.
• Convert passive talent into active candidates with Nothing's story.
• Build talent networks across SF’s tech and commercial scenes.
• Track market intel on comp, movement, and hiring trends.
• Set up US hiring operation tools and processes for a startup.
• Feed learnings to global TA team to optimize US strategy.
