Omnea is scaling rapidly and seeks a Founding Head of Talent (US GTM) to own end-to-end hiring for go-to-market roles. You will build pipelines, map talent markets, and partner with senior GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy as the company expands in the US.

This role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and a passion for building a world-class talent function. You will lead sourcing campaigns, craft compelling outreach, and coach hiring managers while establishing scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth startups with GTM focus.
• Track record of exceptional execution in recruiting or business development.
• Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and hit targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market hiring cycle from sourcing to close.
• Build pipelines and networks of GTM talent.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on role specs and success profiles.
• Define scalable hiring processes and scorecards.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
