Job summary

Nothing is building a different kind of tech company that centers design, emotion, and human creativity. This SF-based Talent Acquisition role recruits across the SF market, acts as a day-to-day people partner for the US team, and runs equity education sessions for new hires.

You’ll also handle light finance tasks like invoicing and partner with the office manager on people-related workspace needs, while building relationships across SF’s tech scene and feeding learnings back to the global TA

Qualifications

• A few years of recruiting experience, ideally with SF Bay Area exposure.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and general people ops work in the same week.
• Handled contracts, benefits questions, or ESOP basics.
• Able to handle light finance tasks like invoicing alongside people work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across roles in the SF market, owning your pipeline from sourcing through offer close.
• Act as the day-to-day people partner for the US team, handling contract basics and employee questions.
• Run equity education sessions so new US hires understand their equity.
• Handle light finance tasks tied to people ops, including invoices and vendor payments.
• Partner with the office manager on people-related tasks touching the workspace, without owning it.
• Build relationships across SF's tech and commercial scene to raise Nothing’s profile.
• Share insights with global TA and People teams to sharpen the US market.
