Job summary

Omnea is scaling rapidly and seeks a Founding Head of Talent (US GTM) to own end-to-end GTM hiring. You will build pipelines, partner with GTM leadership, and establish foundations for the US talent function.

You'll source, outreach, screen, and close top-tier Sales, Customer Success, and Growth candidates, shaping process, coaching interviewers, and aligning with business goals as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth startups with GTM focus.
• Proven track record of execution in recruiting or business development.
• Entrepreneurial, ownership mindset and strong communication.
• Bias to action with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM hiring for the US market, building pipelines at scale.
• Define specs, success profiles, and coach hiring managers.
• Improve processes, scorecards, and ensure consistency across interviews.
• Develop compelling outreach to attract top GTM talent.
• Build a personal network of senior GTM leaders.
