Job summary

Vitalize is hiring a founding Technical Recruiter to build the engineering, product, and design teams that will shape the company’s future. You will partner with engineering and product leadership to attract and close exceptional talent, turning recruiting into a strategic advantage for a healthcare-tech frontier.

You’ll own sourcing strategy, interview design, and employer branding, building pipelines that scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in startups or technology companies.
• Proven track record of hiring exceptional engineering, product, and design talent.
• Elite sourcing ability with proactive, outbound outreach to hard-to-reach candidates.
• Executive-level partnership with founders and engineering leaders to maintain a high hiring bar.

Responsibilities

• Build our technical talent function from zero to full-cycle across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to define what exceptional talent looks like for each role.
• Develop world-class talent pipelines through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Design and improve interview processes and recruiting systems to scale with the company.
• Raise the quality of hires by guiding interview decisions and maintaining credibility.
