Job summary

Theron Solutions seeks a Founding Recruiter to build and own the recruiting function at a high-growth startup. You will partner with the founders to scale the team across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations, shaping processes from day one and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting in US tech startups, a track record of hiring both technical and GTM talent, and strong ownership in an in-house setting.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at early-stage US tech startups (Seed–Series B).
• Experience hiring both technical and GTM talent.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of closing passive candidates.
• Experience as an in-house recruiter with high ownership and autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Source, engage, and close top passive and active candidates.
• Build recruiting infrastructure, processes, and reporting from the ground up.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
