Job summary

Zingage (Kuzushi Inc.) is building a world-class recruiting engine in NYC as it scales from 25 to 40+ employees in 90 days. You own the entire recruiting function—from sourcing and screening to closing—creating a high-touch candidate experience and an outbound pipeline across engineering, AI/ML, product design, and GTM.

You’ll partner with founders and leaders to workforce plan, optimize Ashby usage and analytics, and design an interview process that differentiates us from other startups.

Qualifications

• High-volume sourcing and closing at fast-growing companies.
• Ability to build proactive pipeline across multiple roles.
• Experience designing interview processes that differentiate hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruiting function: sourcing, screening, closing.
• Build proactive pipeline for ~10 open roles across engineering, AI/ML, product design, and GTM.
• Workforce planning with functional leaders and founders.
• Develop outbound engine to reduce dependency on recruiters.
• Design candidate experience from first message to signed offer.
