Job summary

Linkup is seeking a founding Recruiter to join our founders and own how we hire as we scale across NYC, SF, and Paris. You will own end-to-end recruiting, building the engine for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

You will partner with the founders and hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and run outbound sourcing for senior GTM and engineering profiles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2y+ in-house recruiting experience at a startup or scale-up, preferably technical roles
• Experience recruiting for senior engineers and GTM roles
• Proven ability to do full-cycle recruiting and to source passive candidates
• Ability to operate across US and Europe time zones and understand work authorization
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, across GTM and engineering
• Build recruiting engine from scratch: sourcing playbooks, interview loops, scorecards, ATS hygiene
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate fit
• Run high-touch outbound sourcing for senior profiles in US and Europe
• Own candidate experience so every talk leaves Linkup as a fan, hired or not
• Build pipelines and employer brand ahead of demand
• Set up hiring metrics and reporting: pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, source quality
