Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead the build-out of a new studio in Fort Mill, SC. You will recruit and develop the founding team, drive pre-opening memberships, and establish operational excellence to ensure a successful launch.

After opening, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, grow membership, and maintain an exceptional client experience. You’ll complete the Instructor Training Academy and teach classes while maintaining studio leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury services
• Proven track record building and leading high‑performing teams
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who initiates and solves problems
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead community-building and pre-open launch activities to generate awareness and momentum
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the founding Instructor and Studio Lead team
• Create launch-readiness processes, staffing plans, and studio workflows
• Drive founding membership sales and execute pre-sale campaigns
• Partner with ownership to monitor launch metrics and identify process improvements
