Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio from ground up in the United States. You will partner with ownership to recruit and develop the team, generate community excitement, and establish operational excellence for a successful studio launch.

After opening, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Expect to complete the Instructor Training Academy and teach 6-8 classes weekly, maintaining studio

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading operations or general management, preferably in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record building and leading teams, including pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and problem-solving.
• Strong sales acumen with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead community-building and studio-launch activities before opening.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Develop launch-day operations plans, staffing, workflows, and vendor readiness.
• Drive founding membership sales and lead pre-sale campaigns; monitor KPIs.
• Provide updates to ownership and identify systems and process improvements.
• Build a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, collaboration and hospitality.
