Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio. Lead from the ground up, recruit and develop the team, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

After opening, manage daily operations, optimize systems, coach staff, and hit pre-sale and launch KPIs. You’ll attend Instructor Training Academy and maintain open studio presence.

This role blends entrepreneurial leadership, sales drive, and community building to scale the brand across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience, ideally in boutique fitness or luxury service.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, across multiple locations or pre-opening.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and problem-solving in evolving playbooks.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead local grassroots marketing and community relationships ahead of opening.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Establish operational processes, staffing plans, and launch readiness.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Provide regular updates on launch readiness and business performance.
