Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead the launch of a new Lexington studio and then oversee daily operations, membership growth, and client experience. You will recruit a founding team, set operational standards, and partner with ownership to ensure a successful opening.

Post-launch, you’ll drive ongoing operations, maintain a high-performance team, and build momentum through strategic pre-sale activities and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership services.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams across locations or pre-open contexts.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong sales instincts with revenue targets and coaching experience.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute local grassroots marketing and community engagement prior to opening.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Lead onboarding and training, establishing operational processes and studio workflows.
• Build schedules, staffing plans, and standards for a successful launch.
• Drive founding membership sales and oversee pre-sale campaigns.
• Provide updates on launch readiness and identify process improvements.
