Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio from ground up, partnering with ownership to recruit, develop a high-performing team, and drive pre-launch momentum in the local community. You will transition to daily operations post-launch, focusing on membership growth, coaching, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will complete the Institute Training Academy, teach 6–8 classes weekly, and maintain a strong in-studio presence with 25+ class times per week to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or luxury service.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with initiative and problem-solving in evolving environments.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to coach others toward revenue targets.
• Analytical with ability to build reports and base decisions on data.

Responsibilities

• Lead community building and studio launch activities prior to opening.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Set up launch readiness, scheduling, staffing plans, and studio workflows.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Partner with ownership on launch readiness and future growth.
