Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio and lead its ongoing operations in Georgia. This entrepreneurial role partners with ownership to recruit, train, and develop a founding team, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Post-launch, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, optimize systems, and guide pre-opening marketing, events, and partnerships while maintaining high service standards and team performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or general management, preferably in boutique fitness or luxury services.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across locations.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in evolving playbooks.
• Strong sales instincts with revenue targets coaching.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding communicator who connects with clients and staff.
• Experience in fitness instruction or coaching is strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel for a 5-day Instructor training at regional centers.
• Able to stand and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible with mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead community-building and studio-launch activities, including grassroots marketing and partnerships with local businesses.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams; oversee onboarding and training.
• Set up launch readiness, scheduling, staffing, and operational standards; ensure opening day success.
• Drive founding member sales and oversee pre-sale campaigns; coach team on consultative sales techniques.
• Provide regular updates on launch readiness and business performance; identify system improvements.
• Support future studio openings as the brand grows; maintain exceptional client experiences.
