Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio in Georgia. You will partner with ownership to recruit and develop the team, drive pre-opening membership sales, and establish operational excellence from day one.

After opening, you will oversee daily operations, nurture member growth, coach staff, and maintain an exceptional client experience while scaling future locations.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a startup mindset, and a passion for community building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management in boutique fitness or luxury membership models.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who creates structure where none exists.
• Strong sales instincts with experience achieving revenue targets.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills managing competing priorities.
• Outstanding people skills and client-focused mindset.
• Experience in fitness instruction or coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-opening community marketing and partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard founding instructors and studio lead.
• Lead onboarding and training to instill systems and culture.
• Develop launch readiness plans with ownership.
• Build schedules, staffing plans, and operational standards.
• Drive founding member sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Monitor launch KPIs and revenue targets.
• Support future studio openings as the brand grows.
