Job summary

JETSET Pilates, a modern, music-driven fitness brand, seeks a Founding General Manager in Belmont, MA to build a new studio from the ground up. You will recruit and develop the initial team, drive community interest, and establish operational excellence for a successful launch.

After opening, you will continue to direct day-to-day operations, grow membership, develop staff, and uphold an exceptional client experience, teaching 6–8 classes weekly while maintaining studio presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or service business.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong sales orientation with track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build reports and use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute local grassroots marketing and community partnerships pre-opening.
• Recruit and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Lead launcher operations and studio workflows for opening day
• Drive founding memberships and pre-sale campaigns; monitor KPIs.
• Partner with ownership on launch readiness and ongoing performance.
