JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life in New Jersey. This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to recruit and develop the team, drive pre-launch momentum, and establish operational excellence for a successful studio launch.

After opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations, grow memberships, coach a founding team, and deliver an exceptional client experience while building scalable systems that support future expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across locations.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
• Strong sales instincts and coaching for revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Comfort with data reporting, metrics, and decision-making based on analysis.

Responsabilités

• Execute community-building, pre-launch marketing, and partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding studio team.
• Partner with ownership on launch readiness and operational standards.
• Build schedules, staffing plans, and studio workflows for opening day.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Provide regular updates on launch readiness and business performance.
