Job summary

Blossom Health exists to transform mental health access in America by partnering with psychiatrists and leveraging an AI-native care platform. We seek a Founding Social & Content Creator to own Blossom’s organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook from ideation to publication, editing, and community engagement.

You'll develop hooks, formats, and creative variations for paid and organic content, collaborating with the marketing team while moving quickly and maintaining a strong sense

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating content or running social for a brand, startup, agency, creator, or your own audience.
• Personally grown a social account to 50K+ followers or comparable evidence of meaningful audience growth.
• Created content with 1M+ organic views within a 90-day period.
• Portfolio of short-form content you personally concepted, filmed, and edited.
• Understand why certain videos take off and can break down the hook, pacing, format, audience, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own Blossom’s day-to-day presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Develop Blossom’s organic social strategy, recurring content formats, creative concepts, and publishing cadence.
• Concept, script, film, edit, and publish short-form video from start to finish.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and pulling other team members into content.
• Build repeatable content franchises that audiences recognize and want to come back to.
