Blissy, a fast-growing Beauty and Sleep Wellness brand, is seeking a Content Creator to join our Social Team in Burbank. You will produce compelling, trend-driven content across IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, and be on camera daily to engage followers.

The role focuses on video creation, asset development, copywriting, and publishing, with collaboration across the creative team to grow our brand presence and drive engagement on paid and organic channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in content creation or social media.
• Comfortable appearing on camera daily.
• Strong editing and writing skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Blissy, one of the fastest growing Beauty and Sleep Wellness brands in the industry, is looking to hire a Content Creator to join our Social Team in Burbank.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create compelling and trending content across multiple channels.

About the Role

• Support development of social content including asset creation, writing copy and publishing across assigned social media platforms such as IG, FB, Pinterest, Tiktok, & Youtube.
• Daily video creation with a focus on behind-the-scenes content, trending topics, and growing our Verified TikTok Page.
• Assist with community management across social channels - actively engage and respond to followers and brainstorm ways to increase social conversation.
• Work with creative team members to brainstorm and develop strategies and tactics in support of our social media efforts.
• Conceptualize and edit digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Quality check posts to make sure they have been published accurately, without spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.
• Identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the social media space, helping to increase the brands' share of voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as on-camera talent for brand content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop, film, and edit high-quality short-form video and static content for both paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to drive sales and conversions to our e-commerce sales channels.
• Proactively identify social trends, sounds, and cultural moments to keep content relevant and shareable.
• Manage end-to-end content production including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Organize and maintain a library of in-house footage for cross-department use.
• Conduct TikTok Live Streams during peak sale times and holidays.

Requirements

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Full-Time availability, M-F 8:30am-5pm at our Burbank, CA HQ.
• 2+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Comfortable and confident being on camera with a dynamic, engaging presence.
• Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom).
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate brand messages into entertaining, trend-driven content.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A creative thinker who is passionate about social media culture and trends.
• Experience working in beauty, fashion or other creative environments is preferred.
