Job summary

Blissy is seeking a Social Media Creator to plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube from Burbank, CA. You will produce short-form videos and static posts, draft captions, manage calendars, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience developing platform-specific content.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning and brand-consistent messaging.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand voice clearly and persuasively.
• Experience using social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, scheduling tools).
• Basic photo and video production and editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Burbank, CA, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
