We are a Series A company with $20M+ raised, seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own financial modeling, revenue economics, and strategic initiatives as we scale in New York City.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in finance/analysis.
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or equivalent rigorous finance environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills with a deep focus on revenue structures and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Blossom’s revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve economics.
• Build models and analyses to inform growth, investment, resource allocation, and new opportunities.
• Partner with the Founder and business leaders on high-priority strategic projects.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
• Build reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes as the company scales.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and initiatives from financial and operational perspectives.
