Stealth Startup is seeking a Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape the core AI voice automation platform. You will work across the stack with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, building scalable systems and intuitive dashboards that power millions of conversations.

You'll bridge backend architecture with frontend experiences, participate in customer onboarding, and own initiatives from architecture to production in a fast-paced founding team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Degree in CS, CE, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hybrid work setup in Redwood City, CA; on-site with optional remote days.

Responsibilities

• Develop core features like prompt orchestration and analytics.
• Build scalable full-stack systems with polished UIs and robust APIs.
• Lead projects from architecture to production ownership and iteration.
• Create intuitive interfaces and APIs enabling customers to activate in hours.
• Support customer onboarding, debug issues, and turn feedback into product improvements.
