Job summary

Stealth Vertical AI Startup in New York City is seeking a full-stack engineer to join the founding team. You will ship features end to end across backend, frontend, and AI systems, and help scale the platform into a full hotel operating system.

You will work directly with founders, own products, and potentially move into leadership. Strong TypeScript skills and modern web fundamentals matter most; prior startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Experience building and owning full-stack web apps end to end.
• Startup or founding engineer experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Ship across the full codebase: backend, frontend, integrations, and AI systems.
• Architect and scale the platform as the hotel OS expands.
• Set reliability, security, observability, and engineering quality standards.
• Use TypeScript across the stack and own critical features.
• Collaborate with founders and own components from problem to production.
