Stealth Startup in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a founding Full Stack Engineer to join our in-person team. You will build AI-powered products, design full-stack features, and work directly with customers to deliver impactful solutions.

This is an early engineering hire with significant ownership and the chance to shape product and engineering culture. Ideal candidates have strong Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Google Cloud experience, plus a customer-focused mindset and a passion for shipping

Qualifications

Strong full-stack engineering experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Google Cloud.
Experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and own complex problems.
Passion for shipping high-quality products quickly.

Responsibilities

Build and scale AI-powered products from the ground up.
Develop production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
Design and implement full-stack features using modern web technologies.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows and deliver impactful solutions.
Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality, reliability, and performance.
Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and technologies to maximize engineering leverage.
