Stealth Startup, a fast-growing voice AI company in San Francisco, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas powering millions of conversations. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive execution, and deliver fast, reliable, and user-friendly products that could set the industry standard.

The role involves real-time audio, telephony workflows, and developer tools, offering deep ownership and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B or product-led growth products.
• Customer-obsessed and experienced in turning user feedback into product improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrates founder-level ownership and a bias toward action.
• Highly organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to create clarity and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working on AI products is a plus.
• Voice AI experience is a strong advantage.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable going deep technically.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics based on customer pain, adoption, and business impact.
• Develop deep customer understanding by engaging with users, reviewing call transcripts, and participating in onboarding and support sessions.
• Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs covering customer problems, requirements, user journeys, proposed solutions, and success criteria.
• Incorporate competitive and market insights into product strategy and prioritization.
• Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions while evaluating tradeoffs based on customer value, time to impact, and long-term platform health.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to understand buying signals, objections, rollout blockers, and expansion drivers.
• Partner with design to shape end-to-end user experiences, including early problem framing and low-fidelity sketches.
• Drive cross-functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives.
• Validate solutions with customers through prototypes, betas, and rapid iterations.
• Establish product rituals that keep the organization customer-focused, including roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and clear communication of tradeoffs.
