Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Founding European SDR to launch and scale our outbound motion in Europe. You will identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects, shaping how we sell into new European markets.

As the first international SDR hire, you’ll own the messaging, process, and best practices for international sales, directly impacting pipeline, revenue growth, and Tremendous’ expansion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and German proficiency.
• Strong cold calling discipline and outbound selling experience.
• Consistently exceeded personal and professional goals.

• Customer-obsessed sales approach focused on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive new deals through outbound prospecting.
• Own your pipeline; make 100 cold calls per day and book meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing/RevOps to grow pipeline.
• Use prospecting tools to research accounts and craft targeted messages.
• Learn Tremendous’ technology and articulate its value to prospects.
