Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a hands-on sales and marketing leader to own the end-to-end process from prospecting to contract. You will drive inbound/outbound efforts, pitch strategy, manage the pipeline, and close deals while shaping internal marketing initiatives and brand growth.

The role offers a fully remote US-based work arrangement, with a base salary of $85,000 and commissions leading to an OTE near $150,000. You will interact with the CEO and growth team to scale a focused vertical.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Proven track record of high total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2–6 week sales cycle to SMB/mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns or strong direct response/ digital marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management.
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• OTE around $150,000 and $85,000 base salary.
• Fully remote position.
