Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking aFounding Sales Representative to spearhead outbound sales in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while shaping a scalable go-to-market framework and CRM discipline.

This autonomous, high-ownership role offers strong uncapped commissions and a runway to future leadership in a fast-growing fire protection and life safety services sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B field sales experience with a proven pipeline from scratch.
• Hunter mindset and ability to build a pipeline autonomously in a low-structure environment.
• Experience selling technical field services such as fire protection, building systems, or compliance-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead outbound sales efforts in the DFW area with focus on recurring service agreements and inspections.
• Prospect and build a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, in-person visits, and networking.
• Penetrate key verticals including property management, healthcare, data centers, and commercial real estate.
• Qualify, present, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end with limited internal hand-holding.
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to develop winning proposals and ensure customer success post-sale.
• Help formalize CRM usage, pricing strategies, and outreach cadences to scale the operation.
