MintMCP in San Francisco is seeking our first sales engineer to own the technical sale from demo to POC and beyond. You’ll partner with AEs on every deal, lead technical discovery, design POCs, and ensure MintMCP can deploy in a customer’s environment.

This in-person role involves working closely with customers, traveling to meetings, and shaping how the sales engineering function grows. You’ll translate customer needs into product requirements and speak confidently to both engineers and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering or equivalent.
• Experience selling complex technical products, not consumer apps.
• Hands-on ability to build integrations and run POCs.
