MintMCP is defining a new category by enabling enterprises to run AI agents without handing over keys. As the founding product marketing leader, you’ll craft the story, positioning, and launches that resonate with engineers, security leaders, and buyers in the Bay Area.

You’ll own messaging from beta to broad availability, turn customers like Coursera and Stability AI into case studies, and build an content system that powers sales and thought leadership while collaborating with the growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing for technical or infrastructure products.
• Strong writing and storytelling to translate tech into clear narratives.
• Ability to work with engineers and customers to shape messaging.
• Strategic thinker defining positioning and priorities.
• Agent-native approach using AI tools to scale output.
• Excellent organization to manage broad scope with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own MintMCP's category narrative and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end launches from beta to broad availability.
• Develop case studies and proof from customers like Coursera and Stability AI.
• Establish MintMCP's point of view on agent governance for thought leadership.
• Create and maintain a sales content system for AEs and customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to translate product into differentiated messaging.
