Job summary

MintMCP is seeking a growth-focused marketer to scale a technical B2B product. You will own a multi-channel outbound strategy, ABM programs, and a data-driven approach using marketing automation and CRM tooling.

You will work hands-on with LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and enrichment/scoring tools, shaping campaigns to reach IT/AI buyers. A fast-paced, early-stage environment awaits with equity potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running growth programs for technical B2B products.
• Systems- and experiment-oriented with funnel instrumentation.
• Hands-on with marketing tech: automation, CRM, and paid channels.
• Experience with ABM, multi-channel outbound and AI-assisted systems.
• Ability to understand tech buyers across channels and tailor messages.
