Job summary

AdsGency AI is looking for a Director of Sales / Founding Sales Lead to turn early traction into a scalable revenue engine. You will prospect, run discovery, demo the product, negotiate, and close while building the sales playbook, processes, team, and CRM. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and start by owning day-to-day sales.

Success comes from creating a repeatable pipeline, leading the BDR team, and aligning with product, marketing, and CS to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in AI/AdTech or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of personally closing revenue and moving deals through complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own new business revenue for enterprise and strategic accounts, from discovery to close.
• Build and implement a repeatable sales process, playbook, and ICPs.
• Lead and develop the BDR organization and ensure pipeline quality.
• Own enterprise sales execution, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and renewals.
