Job summary

Mintive is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, keep candidates moving, and help shape onboarding and HR ops to ensure day-one readiness. You’ll build and automate recruiting workflows and contribute to a fast, AI-native company culture.

The role is hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area with opportunities to work closely with founders and across teams as you grow in recruiting and people operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a recruiting coordinator
• You have owned a process, not just completed tasks
• You love optimizing and automating; you are the builder
• High attention to detail and focus on candidate experience
• Fast learner who is AI-native and adaptable to new tools
• Willingness to grow into HR ops (onboarding, HR ops, compliance) as we teach it

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and move candidates quickly through the process
• Handle onboarding to day-one readiness for new hires
• Oversee HR operations that keep the team running smoothly
• Document and improve recruiting and onboarding workflows to replace tribal knowledge
• Build and improve AI-enabled workflows within Mintive's product and processes
