Job summary

Mintive in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a recruiting coordinator to own candidate experience from day one, handling scheduling, moving candidates through the process end to end, and contributing to recruiting ops and people ops.

You will build onboarding to get new hires day-one ready, run HR operations, document processes, and improve workflows with automation, while working in a hybrid Bay Area setting with an AI-native team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 yrs as a recruiting coordinator, ready to take on recruiting ops and people ops from day one.
• Owned a process, not just tickets and schedules.
• Loves optimizing and automating; this is the builder seat.
• High attention to detail; keeps candidate experience spotless.
• Fast learner who is AI-native.
• Strong desire to grow and learn people ops (onboarding, HR ops, and compliance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts and schedule interviews quickly to keep candidates moving.
• Own onboarding that makes new hires day-one ready and manage HR operations that keep the team running.
• Document processes to replace tribal knowledge and scale recruiting and people operations.
