Mintlify is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the hiring engine and drive exponential growth. You will be the first candidate-facing contact, shaping the experience and recruiting top engineering talent to stay ahead of the curve.

You’ll design end-to-end processes, source from developer communities, run structured interviews with hiring managers, and apply data to shorten time-to-hire while preserving culture and quality.

• Verifiable experience in technical recruiting in fast-growing startups.
• Supreme organization and ownership in recruiting processes.
• Outstanding storytelling skills for outreach to engineers.
• Bias for experimentation; A/B testing subject lines and copy.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the full-cycle recruiting process from job posts to onboarding.
• Source engineers from GitHub, Hacker News, Discord, alumni lists and niche conferences.
• Champion Mintlify by crafting outreach and content that communicates mission and culture.
• Run structured, bar-raising interviews with hiring managers to calibrate quality.
• Instrument metrics in Ashby and other tools to shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing candidate experience.
