Job summary

Netic is seeking a Founding Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to turn a chaotic hiring process into a well-oiled machine. You’ll sit close to the founders and People team, owning the operational backbone of how we hire and building speed, precision, and judgment under pressure.

You’ll manage end-to-end logistics, track candidate experience, and coordinate interview training across the company. A bachelor’s degree and experience in a fast-paced tech environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• 0–18+ months as Recruiting Coordinator or similar admin role in tech/R&D.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp with learning new tools and connecting dots.
• Excellent attention to detail; avoid mistakes.
• Strong customer service instincts; candidates first.
• Ambition to build a career in operations at a leading AI company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring logistics: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
• Track candidate experience as a product metric.
• Coordinate interview training across the company.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and streamline processes.
• Maintain clean employment records.
• Own onboarding logistics as we scale.
• Partner with Operations to refine hiring policies.
