Job summary

Mintive is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to own candidate experience and people ops from day one. You will coordinate interviews, move candidates efficiently, and drive onboarding that gets new hires day-one ready. You will also help document processes and build scalable workflows as the team grows in a hybrid Bay Area setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, a passion for automation, and a desire to learn HR ops and compliance as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 yrs as a recruiting coordinator, ready to take on recruiting ops and people ops from day one.
• You have owned a process, not just tickets and schedules.
• You love optimizing and automating; this is the builder seat.
• You have high attention to detail and care about candidate experience.
• You are a fast learner who is AI-native.
• You want to grow into people ops (onboarding, HR ops, compliance).

Responsibilities

• Own how candidates and new hires experience Mintive, from scheduling interviews to keeping candidates moving.
• Handle onboarding to make new hires ready on day one and manage HR operations that keep the team running.
• Document processes to replace tribal knowledge and improve recruiting workflows.
• Build agentic workflows in Mintive's product to streamline recruiting and people ops.
