Job summary

Mintive is an AI-native Bay Area startup shaping how teams hire and onboard. You will own the candidate and new hire experience, starting with recruiting coordination and people ops from day one.

You will schedule interviews, move candidates quickly, and drive onboarding and HR operations to keep the team running. We teach the parts you don’t know, and you’ll build agentic workflows to streamline work across the org.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a recruiting coordinator.
• You own a process, not just tickets and schedules.
• You love optimizing and automating workflows.
• High attention to detail and candidate experience.
• You learn quickly and are AI-native.
• You want to grow into people ops (onboarding, HR ops, compliance).

Responsibilities

• Own how candidates and new hires experience Mintive.
• Coordinate recruiting (interviews, scheduling, moving candidates).
• Handle onboarding and HR operations for day-one readiness.
• Document processes to replace tribal memory.
• Build agentic workflows in Mintive's product to streamline work.
