Job summary

SpangleAI is seeking a founding product marketer to own marketing end-to-end, translating product insights into revenue artifacts. You will work directly with founders, customers, product, and sales, leveraging AI as a force multiplier to ship foundational content and narratives.

You’ll create the website, customer stories, and buyer education content, and shape the analyst and press strategy to establish Spangle as the category-defining AI-native enterprise software company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing; last 3–5 as senior IC or founding PMM at a Series A–C startup.
• Track record of personally writing and shipping category-defining artifacts.
• Positioning-first thinker with messaging architecture, competitive positioning, and buyer-language rigor.
• Founder-partner energy; amplify a founder voice, don’t replace it.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite the website to clearly communicate Spangle’s differentiation and own the words, demo flow, and proof surfaces.
• Spend weekly time with customers to surface problems, objections, and language, feeding insights to Product, Sales and messaging.
• Create a single sales narrative, a demo flow, ROI framing, objections, and a coherent sales deck.
• Turn enterprise customer stories into reusable narratives: written, video, on-stage quotes for press.
• Develop founder platform content: LinkedIn cadence, keynote materials, panels, op-ed placements, and long-form essays.
• Build canonical buyer education content: glossary, comparison pages, FAQs, how-tos, and decision-help content.
• Foster analyst/influencer relationships after content and story exist; coordinate with Forrester, Gartner, IDC and retail-tech press.
• Lead press/conference presence strategy across Modern Retail, BoF, DCx, etc., with existing connections to key events.
