0–3 years of Product Management experience.
Strong understanding of PLG, user onboarding, activation, and conversion.
Hands-on coding experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
Ability to build and run A/B tests, growth experiments, and funnel analysis.
Experience shipping solutions that improve UX, not just creating product designs.
Understanding of UX reviews within CI (Continuous Integration) workflows.
Experience building, launching, or growing a real product, startup, or side project.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
Own the self‑serve growth funnel, from acquisition to activation.
Identify drop‑offs and improve user conversion.
Spend approximately 80% of your time coding and shipping growth experiments.
Work directly with the founders to drive rapid growth.
The product automates UX reviews during development. For every UI pull request (PR), it launches the app, tests user flows like a real person, records interactions, identifies UX issues, and posts suggested redesigns directly to the PR.
A technical, builder‑minded PM who understands UX, enjoys hands‑on AI coding, and knows how to turn product improvements into measurable growth.
