Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team. You will help build an agentic platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously within customer supply chains.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, ML, and design partners to define workflows and strategy. You will embed in customers’ operations, ship production agents, and shape product direction as the model ecosystem evolves.

Qualifications

• Real agent builder with customer-facing AI product launches.
• 0-to-1 operator with scratch-to-market experience.
• AI-native problem solver in evolving model environments.
• First-principles thinker with strong product judgment.
• Customer-embedded builder experienced with early customers and direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and AI capabilities to solve complex problems.
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineers/ML teams.
• Rapidly validate ideas with customers and partners.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows and execute work.
