Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team. You will build an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chains.

You’ll work with founders, engineers, ML teams, and design partners to define workflows and strategy while the model ecosystem evolves rapidly. You will be embedded with customers to design, ship production agents, and iterate based on direct feedback.

Qualifications

• Launched customer-facing AI products with autonomous actions.
• Built products from scratch with real customers and iterated toward PMF.
• Experience building AI-native products or agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
• Balance user needs, tech constraints, and AI capabilities.
• Write detailed PRDs and partner with engineers/ML teams.
• Prototype ideas with customers and design partners.
• Design agent systems that reason, orchestrate tools, and execute work.
• Define evaluation systems and quality frameworks for reliability.
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer product questions.
• Evolve AI product portfolio with model and system insights.
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
