Traba is seeking a Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team, shaping an AI-driven platform that autonomously operates inside customer workflows. You will work with founders, ML teams, and design partners to define workflows and roadmaps, delivering production agents that reason, decide, and act in complex environments.

The role is deeply embedded with customers, focusing on fast iteration, rigorous product judgment, and collaboration across engineering, ML, and operations

Qualifications

• Experience launching AI-native or customer-facing agent systems.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability to ship products from scratch with real customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect product strategy for the AI agent platform and oversee its development.
• Collaborate with product engineers and ML teams to define requirements.
• Prototype and validate ideas with customers and design partners.
