Job summary

Traba is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Agents team and build an agentic platform that operates within our customers' supply chains. You’ll be responsible for embedding deeply in customer operations, designing production agents that reason and execute tasks autonomously.

This role requires collaboration with founders, engineers, and ML teams to define workflows and product strategy in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. A strong work ethic and desire to innovate are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Evidence of launching products from scratch.
• Experience building AI-native or customer-facing agent systems.
• Strong technical abilities to work with engineering and ML teams.
• Comfortable in fast iteration cycles in ambiguous startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Join as a founding member of the Agents team to build Traba's product.
• Embed deeply in customer operations to design production agents.
• Work with founders and engineers to shape product strategy.
• Architect product strategy for AI agent platform.
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers.
