Job summary

Traba is hiring a Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team in New York. You will help build the next layer of our platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously inside customer workflows.

You’ll work closely with founders, ML teams, and design partners to define workflows and strategy. You will own product strategy, ship production agents that reason through context, and drive meaningful outcomes for industrial customers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Launched products from scratch with real customers and outcomes.
• Experience building AI-native products or agent systems.
• Strong technical collaboration with engineering and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide the product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and evolving AI capabilities.
• Write detailed product requirements with engineers and ML teams.
• Rapidly prototype ideas with customers and design partners.
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems and quality frameworks.
