Job summary

Traba, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to join as a founding member of the Agents team and build the next layer of our product—an agentic platform that operates autonomously inside customers' supply chain workflows.

You will embed deeply in customer operations, design production agent harnesses on frontier models, and turn field learnings into durable product. You’ll partner with the CTO, product, and operators to scale ideas to deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with production LLM/agent features.
• Experience shipping agents and harnesses on frontier models.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js; API and distributed systems.
• Experience in fast, ambiguous environments and customer-facing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers and operators to design agent solutions.
• Build production agent systems on frontier LLMs with tool use and orchestration.
• Own evaluation with datasets, rubrics, and experiments.
• Architect data, services, and APIs for the agent layer and integrate with client systems.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns for faster rollouts.
