Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing software with end-to-end ownership.
• Portfolio showing dense, technical software users.
• Willingness to observe users and iterate on design.

Responsibilities

• Own every surface a customer touches, from workspace to reporting.
• Turn an agent platform into a system people work in.
• Design interaction models for agents doing real work.
• Ship customer workflows from discovery through delivery.
• Find and measure friction with UX instrumentation and research.
• Set the design system and governance as the team grows.
