You’ll partner across Brand, Product, and Engineering to connect expressive brand thinking with practical product needs, raising craft, accessibility, and cohesion across our products.

Qualifikationen

• Strong product design experience with design systems or shared foundations.
• Exceptional attention to craft in interaction and visual design.
• Systems thinker who simplifies complexity into scalable solutions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to build scalable design infra.

• Own and evolve the design system to create a shared foundation.
• Define patterns and standards for cohesive Assured experiences.
• Partner with Brand, Product, and Engineering to align expression with product work.
• Create tools and workflows enabling teams to ship great experiences at scale.
• Explore AI and new tooling to accelerate design and iteration.
• Raise craft, consistency, and accessibility across products.
