Job summary

Mutiny in New York City is seeking a founding staff designer to shape the product language for AI-native GTM software. You’ll craft interaction models, visual standards, feedback loops, and a scalable system that supports an evolving revenue motion.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ship work that feels high-taste and valuable to sellers and marketers, with in-person collaboration five days a week in NYC.

Qualifications

• Early career with high learning slope and strong work ethic.
• Ability to make progress with incomplete information and ask good questions.
• Strong product instincts and attention to flow, usability, and details.
• Fast, open, coachable and able to iterate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product surfaces and flows for Mutiny's AI-native GTM platform.
• Improve visual quality, layouts, typography, and spacing for clarity and polish.
• Build systems and patterns that enable faster product development.
• Explore new AI-native interactions and learn from user feedback over time.
